11:00 - 13:30 GMT
Online
£40
✨ As artists, arts workers, creatives and creative practitioners, we balance an enormous amount of responsibilities from our own practice to other paid work. As we balance a number of roles in our lives, we are working within structural and systemic conditions that encourage burnout. Thriving, in part, requires us to understand the true causes of burnout and remove self-blame as we find ways to protect our humanity.
How to Survive and Thrive in Burnout is a 2.5 hour workshop that will allow you to better understand burnout and explore your relationship to the different types of rest we need to thrive.
☀️ In the workshop, we will be exploring:
- our relationship to rest
- different types of rest
- the causes of burnout
- and navigating burnout in our lives
If this workshop interests you, feel free to book the workshop here for £40.

How To Be A (Good) Facilitator - For Individuals and Freelancers

For Individuals and FreelancersFacilitation is a skill and facilitator cuties do not get enough credit for the amount of work it takes to sustain immaculate vibes while they’re trying to share crucial information. 💧
This goes out to all my facilitator babes. ✨I love a human that brings the vibes to any function, but we know that as facilitators our 'holding space' is not as easy as it looks.
We have honed our skills behind the scenes for ages to make a space feel inclusive and effortless.
One of my most important tools in my facilitator toolkit are my frameworks for holding space.
☀️ Step One is 'Framing The Space' and that absolutely cannot be done without considering a few essentials like:
✨ Collective Agreements
💧 Key Housekeeping
🔥Accessible Introductions
☀️ Anonymised Questions
🌱 Accessible Agendas
⚡️ Signalled Transitions
This is just a bit of what we’ll be exploring in training. -
