This 30-minute call will enable you to highlight the key coaching support you need and enable me to create a bespoke coaching plan for you.
After our call, I will share coaching plan options with you and a coaching agreement. Each session after this exploratory call is £50.

Good Trouble - Coaching Session (1 Hour)

This coaching session can only be booked after an initial coaching exploratory call has taken place.
This one-off coaching session will last an hour. If you would like a full coaching plan or block of coaching sessions, we can discuss this in our exploratory call.
This session is for one-off coaching support to hold you accountable, help you work through a knotty problem or help you frame an idea.

How To Survive & Thrive In Burnout (1 Hour)

In this one-hour session exploring burnout, you will have an opportunity one-on-one to reflect on the factors contributing to your burnout, strategies to identify the type of burnout you are experiencing and strategies to move through burnout.
